Dust off your boots and get ready to boogie! The Lemhi County Humane Society is excited to invite you to Barn Cat Boogie, an evening of music, dancing, animals, and family fun, all benefiting homeless pets right here in Lemhi County.
Join us Thursday, September 10 from 5:30–9:00 p.m. at Sweetwater Hollow for a night that brings together classic country tunes, a love for animals, delicious Highlander beer, and a whole lot of fun for a good cause.
Whether you’re ready to hit the dance floor or would rather hang out with a kitten in your lap, there will be something for everyone. We’ll have:
- Pivot Entertainment & DJ Jason spinning classic country songs perfect to boogie to
- Swing and line dance lessons with Peyton Mark
- A kitten cuddle zone
- A pop-up western shop from R&W Boutique, part of Rags & Wags thrift store
- Local business vendors with fun games
- A silent auction with great prizes
- Delicious food and drinks
And don’t worry if you have two left feet; no dance experience is required! Come to learn a few moves, enjoy the evening, grab a drink, browse the vendors, cuddle some kittens, or simply spend time with friends and neighbors while supporting a great cause.

We are excited to have Bitterroot Bistro Food Truck at this event, slinging their delicious local food. For dessert, Salmon Scoops will be there serving ice cream! And thanks to our generous sponsor, Highlander Beer, we will also have beer, wine, cider, and multiple nonalcoholic beverages to choose from too.
Come for the Boogie, Support the Animals
Barn Cat Boogie is more than just an excuse to put on your boots. All money raised from the event will support homeless animals in Lemhi County and the work of the Lemhi County Humane Society.
Every ticket, drink, and bit of fun helps us continue caring for animals who need a safe place to land while they wait for their next chapter.

Cash is recommended to help keep the lines moving, but cards are welcome too.
Parking
A big thank you to The Nook! Although they are temporarily closed, they have graciously opened their parking lot for Barn Cat Boogie guests.
