Salmon Animal Shelter’s ADOPT-A-THON is now part of Bissell Foundation’s Empty the Shelters National Adoption event! We are proud to be a participating shelter in this national adoption event. During each nationwide event Bissell Pet Foundation helps sponsor reduced adoption fees for $25.00 or less. This fall’s event will be hosted in more than 180 shelters in 35 states, including right here in beautiful Salmon, Idaho at Lemhi County Humane Society’s – Salmon Animal Shelter ADOPT-A-THON!
What: ADOPT-A-THON at Salmon Animal Shelter. Reduced price adoptions! Pet-centered Fun and Kids activities! Door, attendance Prizes! and Food! we will have the grill going! Come meet our animals and pick out your new best friend. We will have kids activities: face painting and DIY toy making for your pets or the shelter animals.

“Empty the Shelters” began in 2016 and since its inception has helped more than 61,787 animals find their forever homes across the country and Canada. BISSELL Pet Foundation was founded in 2011 by Cathy Bissell. This will be Lemhi County Humane Society’s 2nd annual – Salmon Animal Shelter ADOPT-A-THON.
